  • First check for update
  • If you don't have any update then Go to setting s>apps>and clear data in downloads, download manager and Google services framework
  • Now shut down the device
  • After turning it off, now turn it on
  • Then go to settings>about device>update and check again
  • Now you should be able to see the Android 4.3 update
 if it doesn't work, try 2-3 times)
